Returns & Refunds

30-day returns, free US return shipping

Unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@bevcrate.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid UPS label. Canadian customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or refund the affected units at no cost and you do not need to return them.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened or partially consumed beverages, items past their best-by date at the time of return, and items purchased on a wholesale or Net-terms account unless agreed in writing.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return (or immediately for damage claims). Your bank may take an additional 3 to 10 days to post the credit.
