This website is operated by OSTOM LLC, doing business as BevCrate ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting bevcrate.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online store

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. We do not sell alcoholic beverages. You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information and to keep it up to date.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers without a wholesale account. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary by production run.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. Payment is captured at checkout. Wholesale accounts on Net terms are subject to the terms in their account agreement.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Sealed cases

Variety packs and case items are sold as sealed, original manufacturer cases and cannot be split or opened before shipment. Case orders that arrive damaged are covered by our Shipping and Returns policies.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

7. Intellectual property

The BevCrate name, logo and site content are owned by OSTOM LLC. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here.
